Journey to inner space and create balance.
Learn how to explore your inner world without fear

Many Western psychology approaches therapy through the mental and emotional bodies, while neglecting the physical and spiritual. We analyze, discuss, talk and try to think our way out of problems -- we get totally in our heads. We may try "magical thinking" and affirmations, but experience no long-term result.

Consider soul-filled therapy & consensual consciousness.

It is possible for the spiritual, physical, mental and emotional parts of us to live in harmony.

This therapy will help you remember your basic sanity.

Depth work and guided imagery, combined with positive healing intentions, provide surgical-level precision, whereas "normal" talk therapy can be cathartic and valuable,  but far less predictable.

Earth Based Traditional Wisdom and Energy Medicine

Are you energy sensitive (like a high performance instrument or vehicle)? Can you feel/read/pick up on not only your own emotional vibrations, but others' as well? Do you like to work with chakras, elements or any other energy-based wisdom tradition? All such wisdom is welcome.

This work could be called "psychic armor for nice people."

This next level therapy offers practical tools so you can attune to your own vibration without being so affected by the people (or places) around you. Over time, you can learn to emit stable, positive energy
.

In therapy, dream a new you, then see what work has to be done to get there.

Putting the "WOO!" into "WOO WOO."

P.S. A few thoughts on things to look for (and avoid) in a therapist...

  • Choose your therapist wisely. No need to rush.
  • Licensing: California has strict licensing guidelines for YOUR safety. (3000+ hours of training/experience.)
  • BEWARE  unlicensed "Coaches and Counselors" who are seductive! (It happens regularly, sadly, so please check them out carefully)
  • A good therapist will help remind you of your most sane, balanced sides and create an atmosphere of  acceptance, tolerance & non judgment.
  • It's a good sign if you look forward to therapy. You want to leave feeling lighter.
  • Some therapists are more clinical, some are more directive, and others are expressive with a more give-and-receive style.
  • Always look for CLEAR BOUNDARIES with your therapist (clear consent & communication at every step).
  • Texting within reason is now clinically acceptable.
  • Educate yourself about "bad" therapists! Over time you should reach a state of psychological fitness, where you don't need as much therapy.
  • Be careful of cultivating co-dependent therapeutic relationships. A good sign is that your life becomes more harmonious within 3-5 sessions, both internally and externally.
  • If you happen to be in a crisis situation, therapy does not mean you stay in a sustained crisis; a good therapist will help you stabilize and carry on.
  • Any therapy that does not address your immediate presenting issues (especially specific destructive emotions or thought/behavior habits), and offer you some relief quickly, is questionable.  It should be like getting a flu shot, or doing some intensive physical conditioning that keeps you healthy and strong.
  • Do not think that therapy takes months to help! If the quality of therapy is good, you can feel more clarity quickly, within 1-2 sessions.
